Gala Apple is native to New Zealand and is
a cross of Kidd’s Orange and Golden Delicious Apple. The Gala Apple is
pleasantly and aromatically-sweet, snappy, firm and crispy with golden skin and
a brilliant rosy red skin overtone. It is best for eating raw and good for
pies, sautéing, or slow baking, snacking and salads making.
