                Fuji Apple is a cross of Red Delicious and Ralls Janet. As its name represents this apple was developed in Japan in the 1960's. This immensely flavourful and yellowish-green skin and juicy white flesh, has a sweet and slightly spicy apple flavour. The Fuji holds its texture when baked. It is well known for its hard texture and syrupy sweetness. It is particularly prized for eating out of hand but also excellent for baking and salads.
