2.                        Coconut oil in Ayurveda is of great importance. Harmful germs present in the mouth die from the use of coconut oil. On the contrary, there may be harmful chemicals like alcohol or fluoride present in the market products.
3.                        Coconut oil is very helpful in removing sweat odor.
4.                        Coconut oil is composed of medium saturated fatty acids, so consumption of food made in it does not appear to be hungry for long.
5.                        Add Vitamin-E to coconut oil and put it on face in the night and wash it with lukewarm water in the morning. It causes stomach pain and tension in the skin and gets rid of wrinkles.
6.                        Coconut oil is a very good way to save children from their stupidity after wearing diapers.
7.                        Coconut Oil: Natural Deodorant
a.                          A Six teaspoon coconut oil
b.                          One-quarter cups rarot or cornstarch
c.                           One quarter cup baking soda
d.                          Two drop eucolyptus oil
e.                          Two blob mint / pipermint oil
f.                            Two drop oil oiler
g.                          Two drop jasmine oil
Mix them together and keep them in a jar and use them.
8.                        Coconut oil: Natural paste (toothpaste)
a.                          Six teaspoon coconut oil
b.                          One-quarter cups rarot or cornstarch
c.                           One quarter cup baking soda
d.                          Two-three drop eucolyptus oil
e.                          Five-Six Blot Mint / Pipermint Oil
Mix them together and keep them in a jar and use them.
