Gallbladder Stone: Cause, Treatment

Treatment of gall stones:-
Gall Bladder is a pear-shaped sac attached to the bottom of liver nearly 10 cm long and 3 to 5 cm wide. Generally two disorders are common for Gall-bladder firstly, swelling of the gall bladder i.e. inflammation which is called CHOLESTASIS and other gallstone (GALLBLADDER STONE). When the ratio of cholesterol and bile salts changes it leads or cause formation of calculus.

Gall stones Symptoms:-
Symptoms of gall bladder stone do not appear until the stone moves and gets stuck on the opening of gall bladder and obstructs the secretion of bile due to which patient suffers unbearable pain and it happens especially during night. The intensity of pain subsidizes and enhances again and again which leaves patients gasping.
Initially it is in the form of fine gravel and layer by layer Sludge is formed and the size increases. Even stones can also cause inflammation. In Comparison to Males, complain of gallstones is commonly found in Females, especially in obese people.
Additionally indigestion, liver disorder, gastric disorders, constipation, nausea, vomiting, Problems digesting oily food, dizziness, pain and cramping up waist and abdomen, anemia, jaundice, hemorrhoids, Varicose veins, breakage of microscopic blood vessels etc. are some symptoms caused by disorder of the gall bladder.
Causes for Gall stones:-
Improper Digestion is the leading cause of gallstones, which is due to intake of high carbohydrates, Gastric and fat-rich diet leads to pain and cramps. Raw rice, Soil, light choke mines, due to excessive intake of solid and rich diet increases the risk of stones. In addition other health disorders, wrong sitting or sleeping posture, muscle stress may be responsible for gallstones.
Measures To Avoid Gallbladder Stone-
It is important to follow strict diet restrictions in case of slightest disturbance of the gall bladder. If there is inflammation of the gall bladder patient should fast for two or three days. While fasting patient should have only boiled water, grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, grape, carrot, beet juice and carrot juice. Yogurt, cottage cheese and a teaspoon olive oil twice a day will be beneficial, Indraju(sweet) and Cardamom (Ilaichi) 10 grams each to be tied in a white cotton cloth bundle and to be dipped into daily drinking water (about 4-5 liters), drink the water instead of normal water, do it every day and change the bundle ingredients every 5 days.
Eatable to Avoid:- Meat, eggs, Processed and Dinchard fats, fried and oil rich diet, Excess sugar, alcohol, cakes, Refined Wheat flour, coffee etc.
