Triphala is an Ayurvedic rasayana churna consisting of equal parts of Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica, आँवला), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica, बहेड़ा), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula, हर्र, हरड़).
